Who is Divine Nest? 

Divine Nest is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and ministry founded by Northroad Church in Moscow Mills. We are dedicated to serving foster, kinship, adoptive, and guardianship families in Pike & Lincoln Counties. 

  

Mission 

Our mission is to ensure every child has access to a nurturing and safe family environment. We achieve this by actively recruiting, equipping, and supporting families involved in the foster/kinship/guardianship community, while providing compassion, and teaching resilience. 

  

Vision 

 Our vision is to cultivate a community of dedicated individuals who advocate for and care for vulnerable children, working together to ensure their safety and well-being.

Our work will be guided by our commitment to: Being purposeful - we are intentional about maximizing our strengths to meet the needs of our children and families. Integrity - we model a culture of trust, respect, and honesty.  Teamwork - we are connected by our common goals and are committed to supporting one another.  Stewardship - we honor our partners by being responsible with our resources. Most importantly, we seek the direction of the Holy Spirit (John 16:13) in everything we do, faithfully pray the name of Jesus (John 14:13-14) over every child, home, and volunteer, and lastly, strive to glorify God through word and deed.
